Very handy, so glad I ordered the larger size. No mess, like with a flat cutting board. Easy to clean & store.
I don't know why it took so long for someone to invent this. It's great! No more juices running down the counter when carving roasts! I'm actually looking forward to cutting up messy watermelon. The board itself is very easy to clean and best of all, sanitary!
I love this cutting board, it’s such a great idea! This will solve one of my Thanksgiving problems this year, cause who needs that drippy juice flowing down into the cabinets 😊
A replacement for one we've had for quite awhile. Really liked it so got a new one.
I love these cutting boards. I am able to take things in and out of the house, will hold large cuts of meat and the drip tray is extra special since that is where the "good stuff" in for making gravy. I have one at each house and even gave one to a friend. We all LOVE THEM!!
I've watched him carve meat and see the juice go all over the counter. He was so excited to receive this gift and is looking forward to using it.
Works beautifully to keep juices off the counter and/or floor. I gave it 4 stars because i cannot fit it in my dishwasher unless i lay it flat and take up nearly the whole shelf. My dishwasher does a much better job cleaning grease than my hand-washing. I understand some people need a large surface, but we do not. I would buy another one if you offered it just a little smaller, perhaps the size of a half sheet pan (18 x 13).
This was a gift to my son who regularly barbecues and smokes meats. He loved this.

For people who make many roasts and messy meats this helps with the mess of the juices from the meat. For people who just want a cutting board, I believe this is overpriced. It is a nice looking cutting board.

The main idea, a cutting board that allows you to capture juices in tray underneath is fine. I've only used once so not sure about durability but it seems sturdy. The removable cutting board shows cut makes first time I used it. This is not good quality.
Just used it for Thanksgiving. It really holds the meat in place, makes it easy to slice, and keeps the mess off of the counter (and ultimately the floor). Easy to clean and store. Lightweight. Great product. Shipped to me quickly. Thanks!
Best ever helper when it’s time to clean up. No spills, no mess, just throw it into dishwasher and you’re done. I’ve done 10 pound prime ribs, turkeys, it all holds and work.
Love it. No more mess on my counter top. So easy to pour juices in my pot for gravies.
I purchased 2 of Karving King cutting boards and few years ago as gifts. The lucky recipients loved them. My family has grown and 3 more loved ones will have a Merry Christmas.
Bought this for my son for Christmas because he insists on "American Made" only.
Looks sturdy and will fill all his needs when roasting or BBQing.

This product works as advertised . More to clean after use compared to conventional cutting board. It takes up a lot of space in the cupboard . I wouldn’t buy it again.

It’s great to have a board that catches all the meat juices. Easy to wash in the dishwasher. I recommend it for everybody who has meat to slice. 
Got my Karving King!! Greatest kitchen gadget yet. Recently had a Christmas party where I had to carve a whole beef tenderloin and 2 pork tenderloins. Both went flawlessly and without a mess (first time ever). Great product and highly recommend it.
I'm not one to typically write reviews but I was so impressed by this product that I had to share my feedback. We have a large family and my job is always carving the various meats for any given meal- which means I was also to blame when inevitably (with previous cutting boards) the greasy juices went all over the counters and floors. Since using this product, I no longer have the headaches associated with clean up as prevents spillage while collecting all the juices, which I sometimes reuse, AND it's dishwasher safe which was never the case with my old wood boards. I've also used this cutting board for filleting fish that I've caught and I no longer get yelled at for getting bacteria "ALL over the counters." I've recommended this cutting board on several occasions and look forward to trying it out when cutting melons over the summer!
This cutting board is awesome. Easy to clean in the dishwasher, sturdy, and a good size for large meats like turkeys, prime rib, and brisket
The most annoying thing when carving is the juices go everywhere and the meat moves on the board. With the Karving King everything is self-contained. The meat is held where it is supposed to be, and the juices go where they’re supposed to go. And when you are done the cleanup is super easy. Hands down, I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
I love the spikes. If I am carving a roast the spikes hold it in place. It makes it much quicker and safer when carving. If I am cutting a watermelon or pineapple the juices collect in the drip tray. It is really an amazing invention. I have never seen anything else quite like it. We can carve our meals right at the table without worrying about the mess.
We use our cutting board when carving anything that is juicy – it saves me time when cleaning up. We use the blue insert for the beef and the red for fish. The board is of a high quality. Buy it and you will never need to own another cutting board.
I love it! I use it every day. I cook all the time and have multiple inserts. I can’t believe I’ve lived without this. It is a fantastic gift. Give it to someone and they are going to love it.
