We purposely designed the Karving King to accommodate a 20 pound turkey or large watermelon. It measures 21.25” long x 13.25” wide and 2.5” high. The drip tray can accommodate all of the gravy from even the juiciest turkey or roast or use the fresh juice collected when cutting up fruit.

Even though the dripless cutting board is large enough to accommodate a full size turkey or an entire watermelon, it only weighs 5 pounds, making it sturdy enough to handle all of your cutting or carving needs and light enough bring it to the table to serve on.

We included spikes to hold the food in place when carving meats or holding a large watermelon in place. We included a removable drip drawer to collect juices which can be reused. We added easy grip handles to enable moving even a 20-pound turkey from counter to table and it has non-slip rubber feet keep the board firmly in place. Lastly, we added a removable supplemental cutting board for chopping. In short, we included every possible feature any chef, foodie or cook would want - all in one system.

Absolutely – unlike wooden cutting boards or flimsy plastic ones, Karving King is dishwasher safe.

Our cutting board is made of a BPA free polyethylene, and it is bacteria-resistant unlike wood boards.
