The spikes on the cutting surface could be a little longer, to really securely hold roasts with a crust. That's a VERY small negative. Overall, it does what it's designed to do.

Works as advertised, and it's so nice to have the drippings go into their own little "canal" off the main cutting board. Looking forward to using it for our tri-tip meats from the outdoor grill!

This cutting Board / Juice Catcher works GREAT! I cook my Turkeys in an Infrared ( Oil Less Turkey Fryer ) and they are very juicy and I usually have paper towels all over the counter to catch the juices. This worked perfectly and I had all the juice to use for gravy and dressing! Clean up this year was a breeze with this!
High marks from my cousin who received this gift as a Christmas present. He loves the system which is easy to use and clean.

Hard to write a review when you never got the item you ordered. Item should have been delivered 6 - 8 days never received, payment was authorized, for some reason payment never deducted, this was a black Friday sale, no phone option, no email option, my onion a poor point of contact option.

Love it!!!!! especially the tray tray that collects all the yummy juices! Makes carving roasts a joy..no more cutting board sliding all around...bought one for myself and this latest one for my Daughter as a birthday gift.
Made meat carving a breeze. Keeps meat in place without sliding or shifting. Also amazing is the grease from the meat goes right into the drip pan below, also keeping the meat from sliding. No mess, and easy cleanup!
My kudos to Karving King for developing the perfect kitchen tool. And the meat thermomator was the perct touch!

Got my Karving King!! Greatest kitchen gadget yet. Recently had a Christmas party where I had to carve a whole beef tenderloin and 2 pork tenderloins. Both went flawlessly and without a mess (first time ever). Great product and highly recommend it.

Its been the wife and I for over 25 years and I've been handicapped for 90% of those years. So it hasn't been easy. We have always loved to cook, but trying to carve a roast, small turkey, , nice ham, no matter what the surface we had, we were lucky it didn't end up at our feet. So we started using a thin dish towel under what ever we had to slice or carve up, worked great. Amazon loved us as we ordered dishtowel every 4 months. The day we got KarvingKings carving board in the wife had put a little over 5# chicken in the oven. when it came out, put it on the cutting board and it was so easy to carve .No slip, no slid, and no picking up off the floor. Now if could only make the gravy for us with the drippings,,,,
